Returns and Warranty

Can I return my custom portrait?

At Pearls & Paws, every product we create is entirely personalized for you and your pet, which means we are unable to offer returns for custom portraits. Each piece is designed with care to capture your pet’s unique charm.

If you are not fully satisfied with your final product, please contact us. Ensuring your happiness is our top priority, and we are committed to making sure you’re thrilled with your masterpiece.

What if I receive the wrong product or a damaged item?

If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it without question. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure a swift resolution.

Can I make changes to my portrait after ordering?

Yes! We offer unlimited edits to the photo and costume you originally selected. Minor revisions are always free, but for significant changes:

If further changes are required (e.g., submitting a costume change), a $10 fee will apply for the creation of new artwork.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are at our discretion. If work has already begun, a $10 fee will apply to cover production costs.

What kind of photo should I submit for my portrait?

Your artwork is created using the photo you upload with your order. It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that follows our Photo Guide.

Low-quality or blurry photos will result in suboptimal artwork. While we can accommodate certain requests (e.g., removing red-eye or adjusting eye color), we cannot guarantee edits such as changing a pet's expression or altering significant features.

Please note that all examples shown on our website were created using high-resolution, quality images. Uploading a clear, well-lit photo ensures the best possible result for your custom pet portrait.

Is there a warranty for my portrait?

At Pearls & Paws, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, durable products. Please note that claims for defective or damaged items are accepted within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our items and expect them to last with proper care. If you encounter any issues within the 30-day period, please contact us. As a one-time courtesy, we are happy to offer either a refund or a replacement for eligible claims.

What if I need a replacement after the 30-day warranty?

Our warranty covers defects or damages only within 30 days of receipt. After this period, replacements are not guaranteed, but feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I change my pet’s expression or major features in the portrait?

No, we cannot alter expressions or significant features. We recommend submitting a photo that already captures the desired look.
