At Pearls & Paws, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. Please refer to the shipping timeline provided at checkout as the final expected delivery timeframe, which is typically up to 2 weeks for most orders. 

Production and Shipping Times
Orders generally take 2-5 days to create and ship. Production times may extend slightly during sales or peak periods.
Delivery transit times vary by country (see below).
If an issue arises with your order (e.g., a new pet photo is required), this may extend your production time.

We send all customers an artwork proof for approval before printing. The faster you approve your proof, the quicker we can ship your order!

All orders include tracking, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.

CUSTOM PORTRAIT RETURNS

At Pearls & Paws, every product we create is entirely personalized for you and your pet, which means we are unable to offer returns for custom portraits. Each piece is designed with care to capture your pet’s unique charm.

If you are not fully satisfied with your final product, please contact us. Ensuring your happiness is our top priority, and we are committed to making sure you’re thrilled with your masterpiece.

Replacement Policy

If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it without question. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure a swift resolution.

Unlimited Edits & Revisions

We offer unlimited edits to the photo and costume you originally selected. Minor revisions are always free, but for significant changes:

If further changes are required (e.g., submitting a second photo or costume change), a $10 fee will apply for the creation of new artwork.

Order Cancellations

If you’ve recently placed an order and changed your mind, you can cancel within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations may be granted at our discretion. If work has already begun on your artwork, a $10 fee will apply to cover part of the production costs.
