If your photo follows our guidelines, it’s very likely suitable for creating your portrait. Here are some tips to ensure the best results:

• Use good lighting (natural daylight outdoors works best).
• Take the photo at eye level with your pet.
• Your pet doesn’t need to look at the camera.
• Get a close-up to capture your pet’s unique features.
• Ensure the photo is clear and not blurry.
• Make sure no features (like ears) are cropped out of the frame—we can’t add them if they’re not in the original photo.
• Ensure the fur color in the photo is accurate to real life (avoid photos with bad lighting that alters the fur color).

Our team carefully reviews photos as orders are placed. If there’s an issue with your photo, we’ll notify you quickly via email.

Absolutely! We provide every customer with a free preview of their artwork once it's ready. You can request unlimited edits until you're completely satisfied. We’ll only print once you give us the final approval!

Orders generally take 2-5 days to create and ship. Production times may extend slightly during sales or peak periods.

We send all customers an artwork proof for approval before printing. The faster you approve your proof, the quicker we can ship your order!
